Each of our products go through strict checks before being shipped out to ensure
that they comply with our standards of quality. However, if you have received a
product that is not in good condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving
your purchase at customerservice@heatwaveshoes.com
with your name, address, contact number and the stated defect in the product. Items
should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or due to shipping
are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our
products on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that
your monior’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. do not accept responsibility
for variances in colour, product appearance, material or textures which may not
display themselves precisely in the pictures or look different according to your
