We
ship all orders via SingPost Speedpost Island Wide for local shipping and Singpost
Speedpost Air Parcel for all international shipping. The shipping rate will be automatically
calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items
and shipping address submitted at Checkout.
Shipments
are subject to prevailing fuel surcharge and global security surcharge by SingPost.
Our shipping zones are based on Speed Post's zones. Please refer to the diagram
provided in our “Shipping Policy” section to find out more about SingPost’s
rates, fuel surcharges and delivery times.
Please
note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are an estimate
only and begin from the date the products are shipped out. Heatwave is not responsible
for delays caused by customs clearance.
Please
ensure that all information provided - including your contact details and shipping
addresses are complete and accurate, as any inaccuracies or incomplete information
can lead to delays. An order shipment cannot be delivered because of lapses in information
provided. Therefore, the items you ordered will be returned to us in Singapore at
your expense, and such items will be immediately treated as stock available for
sale to other customers. We will not reserve or re-deliver the returned item to
you. Any sums paid by you for the undelivered product will be returned to you after
deduction of all charges and expenses incurred by us arising from such a situation.
Each
purchase requires a signature on an acknowledgement form once it is delivered to
you, after which Heatwave relinquishes all responsibility for the items in question.
If you appoint another party to receive the goods in your stead, their signature
will serve as proof that the ordered items have been received safely and Heatwave
will not accept responsibility for any mishandled reception.
Exchange
We allow exchange if;

You received a defected item
·
You received something completely different from what you ordered

Terms
and Conditions apply:
If your purchase does not fit, we will exchange it to another size that does.
Model and color will not be changed.
If you received a defected item or something completely different from what you
have ordered, we will exchange a new pair for you.
If you wish to make an exchange:

You need to contact us within 5 working days of receiving the order

Your order will need to be unused and in sellable condition
·
You will need to retain the Proforma Invoice included in your purchase
for verification
·
Shoes purchased online can only be exchanged via our online store
and subject to online stock availability
·
Online promotional discounts and sales items including “Shoe
of the day” cannot be exchanged.

reserve the right to accept or reject exchanges at our own discretion. Please call
