What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards. We only accept payment in Singapore Dollar (SGD$).

What shipping options are available?
For Local, shipping is via SpeedPost Islandwide. Currently, we are absorbing all local shipping costs, for a promotional period only.
For International shipping, we are shipping with Speedpost Air Parcel. Please look under Shipping Policy for detailed price and delivery time information.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
For local orders, we process it on the same day and will be shipped out on the date of purchase. If you purchased an item(s) before 11:00hrs, you will receive it on the same day before 6pm. If you purchased an item(s) after 11:00hrs, your order will be processed and shipped out on the same day, but will receive the item on the next working day (including Saturday). Purchases will only be sent on from Monday to Friday.
For International orders, we process the orders on the same day. For purchases before 17:00hrs (GMT +8:00), orders will be shipped out on the same date of purchase. For purchases after 17:00hrs (GMT +800), orders will be shipped out on the next working day, from Monday to Friday.

I received a damaged/wrong item/did not receive all of the items, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged item or an item that is not what you have ordered, please email us at customerservice@heatwaveshoes.com and include:

  • Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Address
  • Order Number
  • Article Number
  • Size
  • Color
  • Description of problem
Once we have confirmation of the return and is approved, you will have to ship the item(s) back to us and we will replace the item(s) at no cost. Please make sure that the shoe and packaging are in its original condition.

How do I know what size to choose?
Our shoe sizes are based on UK size.

Is it safe to purchase online with my credit card on Heatwaveshoes.com?
At Heatwaveshoes.com, we have a secure payment system known as sys@work which uses 3D secure. 3D-Secure is an online security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard as a means of protecting both cardholders and online merchants from unauthorized third-party use of credit/debit cards for online purchases.
Banks participating in the 3D-Secure program will prompt cardholders either for their registered password or a one-time-password (OTP) during the online payment process, and will only allow the purchase to be completed upon successful password authentication.

What countries does www.heatwaveshoes.com ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Please refer to the chart to see shipping costs.

How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?
The recipient of an international shipment maybe subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Can I change my address after my order has been shipped?
It is important that the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we do not allow change of address.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Please take note of the purchase number and key it in to SpeedPost’s track and trace service at http://www.speedpost.com.sg/TrackAndTrace.asp

Do you offer repair service?
Unfortunately, we do not have any repair service yet.

Can I cancel an existing order?
Once the transaction has been successful, we strictly do not allow cancelations.

Can I make a collection from the store?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service yet.
