1. Items purchased before 11am will be delivered on the same day and will arrive before 6pm. Items purchased after 11am will be delivered on the next working day, including Saturday (for items purchased after 11am on Friday).

3. The online store does not deliver on weekends and public holidays. (e.g. if you made a purchase on Saturday/Sunday, you will receive the items on Monday before 6pm)
4. We will check each item before sending out to make sure it is in perfect condition, so if you received it damaged please contact us.
5. Free of charge shipping for promotional period only (within Singapore). International shipping will be charged accordingly.

1. We will ship all orders via SingPost Speedpost Air Parcel for all international shipping.
2. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items and shipping address submitted at Checkout.
3. Shipments are subject to prevailing fuel surcharge and global security surcharge by SingPost.

5. Be sure to sign the acknowledgement form SingPost when you have received the item. This is to notify us that you have received the item.
6. Each shoe is around approximately 500g in weight. SingPost’s Air Parcel service charges by weight and destination, therefore, the diagram below shows the rough calculation of the shipping rates and time it takes to arrive.

Shipping charges do not include custom duties, levies or taxes (if any) that may be levied by the destination country. We will not be responsible for any such tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Singapore. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. As such it is your responsibility to pay any charges/taxes levied by the relevant authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive our items. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

Please ensure that all information provided - including your contact details and shipping addresses are complete and accurate, as any inaccuracies or incomplete information can lead to delays. An order shipment cannot be delivered because of lapses in information provided. Therefore, the items you ordered will be returned to us in Singapore at your expense, and such items will be immediately treated as stock available for sale to other customers. We shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned item to you. Any sums paid by you for the undelivered product will be returned to you after deduction of all charges and expenses incurred by us arising from such a situation.

We will check each item before it is packed for shipping to ensure that it is in good condition and not defective and therefore, once we have shipped the item to you, the risk of loss and/or damage of the purchased item passes to you. As the risk of loss or damage will pass to you after we have dispatched the item(s), it is important to highlight that the shipped items are not insured as the price for the items do NOT include any insurance coverage. You must therefore inform us via email prior to shipment if you wish to pay for insurance coverage, and we will then advise you accordingly.
